- Monday: 5:00-6:30 (Ct 1 - 12s White, Ct 2 - TBD)
- Monday: 6:00-7:30 (Ct 1 - TBD, Ct 2 - 13s Gold)
- Tuesday: 5:00-6:30 (Ct 1 - 12s Gold, Ct 2 - 11s Black)
- Tuesday: 6:00-7:30 (Ct 1 - 12s Black, Ct 2 - 14s Gold)
- Wednesday (No Practice)
- Thursday: 5:00-6:30 (Ct 1 - 13s Black, Ct 2 - 15s Black)
- Thursday: 6:00-7:30 (Ct 1 - 14s Black, Ct 2 - TBD)
- Friday: 5:00-6:30 (Spike Nite Guest Team)
- Friday: 6:00-7:30 (Skills/Spike Nite)
Practice Rules & Guidelines
Safe Sport Parent
- Must be a USA VB Member
- Must complete the Safe Sport training
- Will be present in the gym during practice if there is not more than one coach in the gym for the given practice.
- Is the only parent allowed in the gym during practice.
- At Delaware, parents should remain in the hallway
- At the high school, can watch from the track upstairs or need to remain in the hallway.
