The rivalry between the Rams and the Roughriders has been going on for almost as long as the Hatfields and McCoys. Parker (SEP) and Steinbach (Roosevelt) have been friends since before most of us were born. But when two best friends are the head coaches at opposing schools, competition is bound to happen... So, the Rhino Rivalry Cup was born!
Every time the Rams and the Roughriders play each other, the winner gets the trophy AND bragging rights until the next time they go head to horse.
Currently the Rough Riders hold the trophy. The last time they competed against each other was in 2022.
